ARMORED SAINT To Enter Studio In October

Legendary California metallers ARMORED SAINT will enter the studio on October 3, 2009 to begin recording their new full-length album for an early 2010 release via Metal Blade Records.

A demo version of the new ARMORED SAINT song "Loose Cannon" is available for download as a ZIP file at this location. It can also be streamed below. Other songtitles set to appear on the forthcoming CD include "Chilled", "La Raza" and "Black Feet".

To celebrate ARMORED SAINT's recent first-ever tour of Australia, Riot! Entertainment, in conjunction with Metal Blade Records, produced an exclusive tour best-of compilation to combat the lack of ARMORED SAINT product on the market. This killer compilation covers the band's entire career and features such classic tracks as "March of the Saint", "Last Train Home", "Symbol of Salvation", "Hanging Judge". etc.

Vocalist John Bush was forced to sit out the final concert on ARMORED SAINT's Australian tour with DEATH ANGEL (on March 15 at The Capitol in Perth) after being taken ill. The rest of the band went ahead and played the show, with bassist Joey Vera and guitarist Phil Sandoval sharing vocal duties.
